Quality Time With Your Family at Camp
May 10-12 (Mother's Day Weekend)
Cost $180 per person (Children 5 and under come at no cost)
Looking for a great weekend with your family to get outdoors, have fun, and spend quality time together? Spend time relaxing with your family and take advantage of the surrounding nature at beautiful YMCA Camp Hanes!
We are looking forward to having you join us for a great weekend here with your family. Our goal for the weekend is for families to enjoy quality time together in a fun, relaxing environment with others who are seeking the same experience in a laid back atmosphere. You are welcome to join in any activities you like and are welcome to take time to relax. If there is an activity that you are interested in doing, be sure to ask. We do our best to meet your needs.
When you arrive on Friday evening, you will check in at the Welcome Center located at the bottom of the hill as you pull into camp. You will find out what cabin you are in.
You’ll stay the weekend in one of our cabins, so make sure you bring bedding. You are also welcome to bring lawn chairs, games, and other items that will make the stay more comfortable. Each cabin has a fire pit outside, so feel free to bring some fun things for roasting. The cabins have electrical outlets and are air-conditioned. The restrooms/showers are attached to the cabin. There is hand soap at the sink and toilet paper, but you need to bring all other toiletries and towels.
We will hold activities in rain or shine, so be sure to check the weather and dress appropriately for the weekend. We will stop/change activities if there is severe weather. We will provide different options and if we need to move inside we will use our gymnasium.
Please let us know ahead of time if you have any special dietary needs for the weekend. We eat as a group/family style at camp. It is part of our culture and is a great time to have a conversation with other families.
We hope you have a great time and we are here to help achieve that so let us know what we can do to serve your family.
